Bill Kelly, M.Ed., a certified Educator for the PRH International School for Adult Development, has been offering guidance for self-discovery in the Tacoma area since 1983. He is a sensitive listener and guide, assisting participants to explore feelings, insights, and values. Bill creates a safe environment for participants in the workshop to reflect and learn.
