WORKSHOP PRE-REQUISITES please read
In the PRH curriculum, each workshop is part of a series designed to progressively build competence in the tools presented as well as confidence in living authentically. Many workshops have pre-requisites.
If you are selecting your first PRH Workshop, we suggest that you discuss this choice with an Educator near you or start with one of the following workshops from Series 1:
- Series 1: Who Am I?
- Series 1: Listening to the Messages from My Body
- Series 1: Freeing Life in Me
- Series 1: Helping My Children to be Themselves
- Series 1: Growing as a Couple
Most PRH Educators also offer free, or low cost, informational events designed to provide an introductory experience of the PRH methods. Other events are created to highlight an area of personal development for either a general or specific audience.
