This workshop aims at helping you: become aware of your self-image, discover the core of your identity, and gain a better grasp of how to progress, in order to give importance to what is most essential in you.

Workshops in Series 1 introduce the method of growth taught in the PRH School for Adult Development. A Series One workshop is a prerequisite for the workshops in Series Two and Three.
